CAAMLIO adaptions (temperature profile and secondary grain type)

1. Add a maximum layer thickness when reading the CAAML profile. It should be possible to define it via the ini-file to define some kind of resolution of the profile at readin. This should improve the temperature profile, which depends on the layer resolution! - Already implemented by now!! -> Recommendation: in [Input] CAAML_MAX_ELEMENT_THICKNESS = 0.02
2. Consider the secondary grain type for parameterizing the dendricity, sphericity, ... (reversed way as used for the output possible?)
