Projecting precipitation on the slope

When using Snowpack on a slope (not a virtual slope, a station that only exists on the slope), the precipitation is only reprojected to the slope if per_to_slope==false. Should we not always reproject the precipitation (sine it is always measured on the horizontal)? (see Main.cc: line 571)
