Required changes for Envidat metadata/data exchange

The current metadata is based on ACDD with very few additions (mostly coming from MetNo as well as support for the wigos ID). For Envidat, a few things need to be provided and/or tested:

• Provide an updated "realistic" ncml file (WFJ Versuchsfeld with description and multiple creators)
• When multiple persons are provided (as creator, publisher or contributor), how should first names and last names be distinguished? A additional separator between first name / last name would be required. Actually, it would make sense to have: "last name, first name ; last name2, first name2" like in publications... -> See with Metno
• There is nothing in the current metadata about funding sources... This must be added. Organizations should be identified with their name and RoR ID. Grants number should be provided...
