AUtomatic merge in CSVIO when only one station is provided

When multiple files are read but only one station ID is provided, the CSV plugin should merge the content of these files by itself... That would be much more logical for the user.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
