BUFRIO plugin: {"SENSORTYPE","temperatureSensorType"} is not written for all timestamps

Unexpectedly, the value of temperatureSensorType is missing in the BUFR message from a given timestamp on while it is given throughout in the SMET file. In the attached, the error starts from subsets 437 (partly) and 438, timestamp 2022-08-13T14:00.
