Make selection of feature types dynamic in a GUI

The types of features that get selected for the final settlement calculation are hardcoded. Input features have an "objektart" attribute that can either be an int or a String, depending on where the data was downloaded. Users should be able to select which "objektart" features they want to consider for the final settlement calculation.
