Add short description and link to web site in the project settings

As owner, you can edit the project settings and add a description. This could be a place to add the link to the web site: https://envidat.gitlab-pages.wsl.ch/icsv/ (see for example on https://code.wsl.ch/snow-models/niviz on the right hand side, there is a small "project information" panel that contains the description). This is less "in your face" than in the readme but can be helpful for us to keep useful links at hand...
